What Huusfink is — and what it isn't

Huusfink is an independent information service for people who want to buy a property in Switzerland. All calculations (affordability, equity, purchase costs, monthly costs, price limit, property score) are model values based on standard banking practice and are no substitute for financial, tax or legal advice. Only the offers and statements of your bank, insurer and notary are binding.

Huusfink is not tied to any property portal, bank or agent and receives no commissions for recommendations.

We work carefully but accept no guarantee for the accuracy, completeness or currency of the content, in particular of automatically extracted property details and of data from third-party sources. Liability for decisions made on the basis of this content is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
